I was bracing myself for the usual delivery-day chaos, but my car showed up exactly when they said it would. No endless waiting, no guessing games. The driver even called ahead, which felt like a small miracle. Super smooth experience overall, and I’m happy with how it all went

i mean, the pickup window got mixed up at first and I was annoyed. But once I called Montway, they fixed it quickly, kept me in the loop, and the driver still got my car delivered safely. It wasn’t a perfect start, but they handled the issue the right way, so I’m still giving them 5 stars.

Umm, the car showed up with a small scratch on the bumper, which was frustrating. The driver did note it right away, but getting Montway Auto Transport to actually respond took a few calls and emails. They eventually explained how the claim process worked, and the carrier ended up paying for part of it, so it wasn’t a total disaster. Still, the whole thing was slower than I expected and a bit stressful.

I booked with Montway the pickup window seemed fine at first. But then the driver ended up showing up almost two days late, which really threw things off for me. I kept having to call for updates, and every time I called, the answers were vague. The car did arrive okay in the end, so that part was fine, but the pickup timing really messed up my plans.

"Smooth long-distance car transport"
I used Montway for open transport and it went smoothly. I was a little nervous because the car was going such a long distance and you never really know how these things are going to go, but the driver called before pickup, called again before drop off, kept me in the loop enough that I wasn’t sitting there wondering where the car was, and when it arrived it was in good shape with just the normal road dirt you’d expect from an open carrier and no damage at all. The price felt fair, the timing was close to what they originally told me, and overall I’d use them again

I used montway to ship my car from my old place to my new house, and it was way easier than I expected. The driver came right to my door for pickup and dropped it off right in front of the new place too, which was a huge help since I had boxes everywhere and couldn’t even find my coffee mugs yet. I got updates along the way, so I wasn’t stuck wondering where the car was. It showed up looking exactly the same as when it left, no scratches or weird surprises. Smooth overall, no drama at all.

I had my car shipped from Ohio to Arizona, and overall it went well. The driver was friendly and showed up when he said he would, which makes a big difference on a long-distance move like this. If I were just moving locally, I might not think much of it, but for a trip that far, being on time and easy to deal with really mattered

The price stayed the same, there were no weird surprises, and it was easy to check the driver’s info. "Okay experience, but not perfect"
I used Montway to ship my car, and yeah, it did arrive on the day they said it would, so that part was definitely fine. The car was mostly in okay shape, but it showed up dirty and there was a small scuff on the bumper that I don’t really remember being there before. It wasn’t anything major, just kind of annoying. The driver was nice enough and took pictures, but I do wish the delivery inspection had been a bit more careful. Overall, not terrible, but not exactly great either

Booking was simple, which I appreciated, but then the pickup time got changed twice and that kind of threw off my plans. The driver was nice when everything finally happened, so no complaints there. I just wish the scheduling had been clearer from the start, because I was trying to plan around it and it got a little annoying.
